Our Story: From Passion to Profession
Compass Auto Detailing started as a side hustle and turned into a full-blown passion project. Founder Ulambayar Dorjnyam launched the business in July 2022 with one goal: to provide high-quality detailing that people could actually trust.
He began working solo out of Hampton, VA, doing mobile jobs between shifts and slowly building up a loyal base. Word spread fast thanks to one thing: honest work. Today, Compass is a team known across Yorktown, Newport News, Poquoson, Hampton, and Williamsburg for treating every car like it’s brand new.
We didn’t take shortcuts then. We still don’t.
